The master closet was converted from a former bedroom, and $50,000 was spent to create a custom-designed “California” closet with built-in shelving, dresser, drawers, clothes rod units, and two remote-controlled Velux skylights. There’s even a wall safe. This amazing dressing area was designed by CJ Watt of Storage Solutions in Norwood, Colorado. Not shown is the huge guest bedroom on this level, with numerous windows on three sides and a ten-foot custom California-design closet, and the guest bath with its Kohler extra deep "seeping tub" with shower and a "Tea for Two" free standing vanity topped by a Sonoma stone cast sink aptly named "The Wave."
